Mobil Equipment Builder Engineer

Recently retired, Mike Galloway was at ExxonMobil for over 35 years, spending most of his tenure as a Senior Lubrication Engineer. Mike’s last years at ExxonMobil were spent as an Equipment Builder Engineer, supporting the technical relationship between ExxonMobil and GE. Mike is located in Cary, NC, and he has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky and had been a Certified Lubrication Specialist by STLE for more than 25 years.

Jim Hannon

Product Performance Principal for Turbine Oils

Jim Hannon has more than 35 years’ experience in power generation applications and is ExxonMobil’s Lubrication Technical Advisor for turbine and hydraulic oils. Jim has successfully led the product launches of many key turbine and hydraulic oils, including Mobil DTE™ 700, Mobil DTE™ 932 GT, Mobil DTE™ 10 Excel and now Mobil SHC™ 918 EE. He supports new product development and customer support through ExxonMobil Sales Engineers. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy and lives in Allentown, NJ. 

Charlie Smith

North America Brand Manager - ExxonMobil™

Charlie Smith is a North America Brand Manager at ExxonMobil who previously was in charge of the go-to-market strategy for Power Generation. He has been with ExxonMobil for 9 years and lives in Houston, Texas. He has an undergraduate degree in industrial and systems engineering from Auburn University and an MBA graduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
